How are your products made?
We use a print-on-demand approach to ensure each product is freshly made for you. This means your product isn't just waiting on a shelf; it's specifically printed and dispatched once you place the order.
What's the timeline for order fulfillment?
Typically, we aim to fulfill orders within 5-10 business days. The shipping duration depends on your location. We strive to dispatch from the nearest facility, but please note that certain products are only available from specific locations, which might extend delivery times.
Where do you fulfill orders?
Our production partner has fulfillment centers spread across the United States, Canada, the UK, and the EU. However, availability of specific items in certain countries can vary, affecting delivery times.
How are products shipped?
We want to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition.
Canvases and framed posters come in cardboard boxes ranging in dimensions from 12 × 18 × 2 to 28 × 38 × 6 in.
Framed posters are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap or a foam pouch.
Posters are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid using plastic caps. In several locations, stay-flat envelopes are used for posters in size 8 × 10 in.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes to orders are possible but only within a brief window before printing starts. Once printing begins, we can't modify the order. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to see if changes are still possible.
What is your policy on returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To be eligible for full refund the item must arrive in original condition to us. Once we have received and checked your returned product we will issue a refund for the original order.
As a small family business we hope to discuss your options prior to issuing a refund, but we're committed to finding a satisfactory solution for you.
What if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
If a product is returned due to an address error on your part, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the order.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us about the issue, and we'll address it promptly. We're committed to ensuring you're satisfied with your product's quality.
What if my order doesn't arrive in time for a specific event?
We aim for timely delivery, but delays can happen. Our suppliers operate on business days, so orders placed late in the week may be processed the following week. If timing is critical, contact us for advice before making the order.

Will I be charged for duty/taxes on my order?
Duties and taxes may apply for orders shipped internationally and are your responsibility. These charges are common for online orders fulfilled outside your home country, and we don't offer refunds for unexpected duty charges.
